“High end” oceanfront property investment opportunities are to be built by a United Arab Emirates firm specialising in custom builds.

Azizi Investments said it will construct the Azizi Platine project on Palm Jebel Ali, one of three palm-shaped islands being constructed off the Dubai coast.

The scheme will be a high-rise podium tower offering one to four bedroomed apartments ranging from 900 to 2,400 square feet.

Custom commissioned “in every detail”, each unit will feature a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room.
